I dont love my life.I dont love myself.I hate myself.Please guide me how can i start loving myself?
I dont understand why so much selfhate is there inside me.Please make me love to this life.This lifa has no cost for me.Its valueless.

Grab a pen and paper begin by setting goals. All kinds of goals. From career, to what you plan to do within the following week. Life never had any meaning when there was nothing to be achieved. Also, surround yourself with beauty, of every kind. There is inspiration in everything, you just need to know where to look.
